Plesk Control Panel hangs for several minutes after saving settings on the Settings -> Spam Filter Settings page.


This issue can appears after Plesk upgrade to version 9.5.x. It will be fixed in future update of Parallels  Plesk Panel that will be released after 9.5.3.

In order to fix the issue apply hotfix on the server. For applying hotifx replace files $PRODUCT_ROOT_D/admin/sbin/mailmng with the appropriate file from the attached archive.

Archive contains mailmng file for different OSes and different mail servers (Posfix or Qmail).  Check the article #5801 to find out how to determine which mail server is used on your server. 
Extract mailmng file from the archive which is suitable for OS and mail server and replace the file $PRODUCT_ROOT_D/admin/sbin/mailmng with it.

After applying hotfix Spam Filter Settings saving will work normally.
