On attempt to repair global accounts through the sso utility, I receive the following error: "Unexpected result code 404 returned from IdP. Response body: Cannot create new FI due to 'admin' is already exists".

Attempt to repair sso accounts by running the following command:
# /usr/share/plesk-billing/sso  --command=repair-accounts

The error should be displayed.

After attaching Business Manager, you should set is as a privileged SSO application. Otherwise, the global accounts repairing fails.

After attaching Business Manager, adjust its privileges by using the following guideline.

1. Get the Business Manager ID (service provider ID).
# /usr/share/plesk-billing/sso --command=info --app-type=admin

2. Adjust privileges for Business Manager. Use the ID retrieved at step 1.
# /usr/local/sso/etc/ <ID>

On completion, run the command to repair global accounts:
# /usr/share/plesk-billing/sso  --command=repair-accounts
