Business logic was change in Parallels Plesk Panel version 10.

Service plans and subscriptions
— the concept of templates has been replaced with a concept of service plans that define resources and services available to a customer in particular subscriptions. Service plans are accompanied by add-on plans that define additional sets of resources for use by a particular subscription. Customers may own any number of subscriptions.

Multi-domain hosting — the concept of domains has been replaced with a concept of subscriptions. A subscription is a hosting unit able to run multiple sites (domains and subdomains) using pre-determined sets of resources and services. Customers can have one or several subscriptions.

Control Panel and auxiliary users (for customers) — the new Control Panel provides a much simpler user interface for customers, and also introduces auxiliary users who are able to access the Control Panel simultaneously with the customer.

Server Administration Panel (for Admin & Resellers) — the new Server Administration Panel focuses purely on Server and Accounts operations, which provides a higher performance and makes it much easier to use for admins and resellers.

Health Monitor — the Health Monitor is a new experimental feature designed to assist admins in tracking server health.

New overuse policy — The System Administrator has option to suspend customer accounts on the onset of overusing resources.

Autoinstaller on Windows — Full distribution package was replaced with the Autoinstaller. Autoinstaller - Parallels Installer utility which connects to the Parallels Updates server where the Panel packages are stored, retrieves required packages and installs them.
