ResolutionNote if Subscription or Service Plan was provisioned from Customer & Business Manger all changes should be made from it. Changes which were made from Plesk will not be synchronized with the Customer & Business Manger
If Customer & Business Manager is not used on your installation you can use one of the following ways for modifying the resources and permissions on the subscription:
1. Modify resources on the existing subscription.
Subscriptions -> Choose subscription -> Customize
If a subscription was created based on a service plan, the subscription will be locked for synchronization with the service plan.
Each subscription should be modified individually.
2. Change the service plan associated with the subscription. Resources and permissions from the new service plan will be assigned on the subscription.
a. Subscriptions -> Choose subscription -> Change Plan -> Select appropriate service plan
b. Subscriptions -> Select several subscriptions and click on 'Change plan' button -> Select appropriate service plan for the subscriptions
This method allows you to modify several subscriptions.
3. The amount of resources and services provided with a subscription can be extended by associating the subscription with add-on plans.
a. Subscriptions -> Choose subscription -> Change Plan -> Select Add-on
b. Subscriptions -> Select several subscriptions and click on 'Change plan' button -> Select Add-on
If subscription is locked, subscription resources will not be affected.
4. Modify resources on the service plan which is associated with the subscription
Service plans -> Choose service plan -> change resources and save settings
All subscriptions which are associated with this service plan will be updated, except locked subscription. Locked subscriptions will not be affected. Their resources and permissions will be untouched.
