Since version 10 Parallels Plesk Panel provides two separate control panels with different functionality: Server Administration Panel and Control Panel.

System administration and user account management tasks are performed in Server Administration Panel.

All operations related to managing websites, hosting features, and mail accounts are performed in Control Panel.

Server Administration Panel provides links for access to Control Panel: You can use them to log in to Control Panel and manage websites on behalf of your resellers and customers.

Parallels Plesk Panel also provides a new special modification of the user interface called the Power User Interface. It is designed for users who are not reselling shared hosting services or accommodating new resellers and customers, but need the full power of Plesk Panel feature set over the Small Business Panel. Power User Interface differences include:
    - Missing hierarchy of user accounts specific to shared hosting: no resellers, no customers.
    - Missing service plans, subscriptions, and limits on amounts of resources consumed by websites.
    - Single simplified admin interface for managing the system.
