SymptomsParallels Plesk Panel was upgraded to version 10. Now if a customer logs in the Control Panel they can see only one domain when prior to the upgrade this customer had several domains.
Missing domains can be seen in the Server Administration Panel, but customer cannot find it in their Control Panel.
ResolutionDuring the upgrade Parallels Plesk Panel places each domain into separate subscriptions.
The customer needs to change selected subscription to another one. The list of available subscriptions can be found in the 'Account' tab in the Control Panel. You can change your domain subscriptions for managing by clicking the button 'Switch to subscription' .
Selected subscription for viewing/editing can be seen at the right top corner of the page. Also it is possible to change the subscription by selecting a different one from drop down list.
