After installation or upgrade previous version to Parallels Plesk Panel 9.5.3 you may install .NET 4.0 according to supported Third-Party Components from Release Notes.
After that when you try to login to Parallels Plesk Panel it ask you about DNS Server and Mail Server Components and list of installed Components is not available. Refresh list of Components cannot help.


For fixing this problem you can use following commands:

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -iru -enable

"%plesk_bin%\defpackagemng" --fix

Note: %plesk_bin% is environment variable which points to Parallels Plesk binaries folder. Usually it is C:\Program files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\.
