It is not possible to remove existing PTR record with 'dns' command line utility.
Check that DNS record exists:

# /usr/local/psa/bin/dns --info test.tld | grep PTR PTR 24 test.test.tld.

Try to remove this PTR DNS record:
# /usr/local/psa/bin/dns -d test.tld -ptr test -subnet

You will see error message:

Unable del record in DNS server: unable find DNS record


Fixed cuDns.php file for affected Plesk versions in attach. For fix installation:
Unix: copy fixed cuDns.php to /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-common/ directory.
Windows: copy fixed cuDns.php to %plesk_dir%\admin\plib\api-common\ folder.
