The exact IP address is specified for the main A records in the DNS server template instead of the default <IP>. But DNS template is not applied correctly for the newly created domains. IP address for domain hosting is used as A record for the domain, instead specified IP address in the DNS server template.

Sometimes it is necessary to set different ip addresses for the domain hosting and for the DNS A record. For example when your server with Parallels Plesk Panel is located behind NAT server.

This issue was discovered in Parallels Plesk Panel 10.0.1. and will be fixed in the future versions.

In order to fix the issue in version 10.0.1 apply hot-fix on the server.
Replace the file $PRODUCT_ROOT_D/admin/panel/application/library/AdminPanel/Form/Subscription.php with the file from the attached archive.

Please read the article #8083 about a hot-fix installation procedure.

After applying hot-fix new domains will be created with correct records from the DNS server template.
For already created domains it is necessary to use the restore defaults DNS settings functionality.
