SymptomsAfter I upgrade Parallels Plesk Billing 6.x to the Parallels Plesk Panel 10.x with Customer and Business Manager, I cannot log in on behalf of customers.
When I open Customers page and click on “Log in” button for any customer, I see the error :
“Not Found - The requested URL /plesk-billing/client/dashboard.php was not found on this server”.
CauseThe host name is not updated in Parallels Customer and Business Manager URLs during the migration.
Resolution1. Open System > System Configuration > Company Details.
2. Set the Parallels Customer and Business Manager host name in fields “URL to the control panel for customers” and “Order URL”.
