SymptomsParallels Plesk Panel displays the error "IP pool is empty" during subscription creation.
However, there is a shared IP address in the server IP pool that can be used for the domain.
ResolutionThis problem was discovered in Parallels Plesk Panel v.10.0. and was fixed in Parallels Plesk Panel v.10.1.1.
Consider upgrading to the newer version.
In order to fix this problem on the current installation, make sure that the static IP address is not used in the server's DNS template (check Settings -> DNS zone template).
If the static IP address is already in use, replace it with the following IP address placeholder: <ip>
You should now be able to create the subscription. You can change the IP address after the domain's creation.
