SymptomsIf I click the link 'Forgot your password?" on Parallels Virtual Automation (PVA) login screen, I see the following error message:
The password recovery is unavailable due to system error #cp1002. Please contact your service provider.
Resolution1. Log into PVA as a 'root' user: https://PVAMN_IP_Address:4648
where PVAMN_IP_Address - is the IP address of the PVA MN server
Now please configure SMTP relay as described here:
1. Go to Infrastructure. in the right frame, click on Management Node.
Additional information1. You may also see the following problem when using the "Forgot your password?" link:
8862 - "Recover Password" function does not work in PVA
