After the domain suspending, you can find the following MySQL warning in Event Viewer:
Log Name:      Application
Source:        MySQL
Date:          1/20/2011 0:00:28 AM
Event ID:      100
Task Category: None
Level:         Warning
Keywords:      Classic
User:          N/A
Computer:      ComputerName
Found invalid password for user: 'user_name@%'; Ignoring user

Also this warning occurs if option 'Suspend domain' is selected for the backup.

When domain is suspended, all services which is used on the domain should be also disabled. If domain has MySQL database, access to this database with the database user should be disabled. To achieve it Parallels Plesk Panel changes the password for the database user. Mysql feature Ignoring user is used for denying access. It changes password without function Password(). So MySQL server reports that database user has invalid password.

This warning can be simply ignored. It means that database user will not be able to access to the database while domain is suspended. No need to change password for this user.
If you enable domain, Parallels Plesk Panel will set correct password.
